Who we are

jyotis.app is operated by YUJ S.L. (CIF B56814320), based in Sevilla, Spain.

What data we collect

• Email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter, send yourself a reading, or create an account.
• Birth data — date, time, and place of birth, only if you voluntarily provide them for chart calculations.
• Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage analytics — via Plausible Analytics, which collects no personal data and uses no cookies.

What we do NOT collect

• No cookies (zero — not even analytics cookies)
• No IP address logging
• No third-party trackers
• No advertising identifiers

Why we collect it

• Email: to send you the Pañchāṅga newsletter and/or readings you requested.
• Birth data: to calculate your personalized chart and transits.
• Payment: to process your subscription via Stripe.

Data retention

We keep your data as long as your account or subscription is active. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.

Data location

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). Email is processed via Resend (EU-West-1, Ireland).
